APPAREL INSTRUCTIONS:

LOGO: All apparel items include a full color 2009 NHSC logo
on the chest of the item.
PERSONALIZATION: Personalization is an additional cost of
$6.00 per shirt. Personalization includes a 1 line name (e.g.,
first name, last name, nick-name, team name, title, etc.) and a
one or two digit number. Ink colors available for
personalization are black or white.
ORDER DEADLINE: To guarantee availability of your order
at the NHSC, orders must be submitted by:
12:00 noon, October 21.
Orders submitted after this deadline will be shipped to you
following the tournament and will incur additional shipping
charges (see shipping chart). Apparel orders can be
submitted until 12:00 noon, November 2.
ON-SITE ORDERS: Apparel items may also be ordered in
person at the NHSC Information Center during the
tournament. These orders will also be shipped, and will incur
additional shipping charges.
CASH & CARRY APPAREL: The NHSC will have selected
apparel items available for purchase at the Information Center
during the tournament. These items will not include
personalization.
