Entry Fees: BOYS $380.00 - GIRLS $380.00
Payment Deadline: October 21, 2011
Be sure to have the following items on hand before
you begin the registration process:

  • Team Contact Information: street address, email address,
    and telephone number, name of contact person.
  • Team Roster: player names, jersey numbers, positions,
    grades and hometowns, plus coaching/administration staff.
